İstanbullu | Beyteknik Partners is a consortium formed by two engineering and contracting companies to bid for and deliver international projects together. The consortium's scope is the union of two disciplines. On one side, buildings: residential, commercial and industrial structures, from structural works through finishing to turnkey handover. On the other, infrastructure: roads and highways, bridges and tunnels, public utilities and state housing programmes. The reason it exists is simple. On international projects the client often has to award infrastructure to one contractor and the buildings to another; delay and gaps in responsibility appear exactly where the two scopes meet. The consortium brings both scopes under a single contract — the client deals with one counterpart, and the interface risk stays with us. Every job starts with a prequalification file, a site survey, item-based quantities and a written scope definition. During execution, site management is run by an engineering team, infrastructure and buildings advance on one programme, and progress is reported regularly. At handover the snag list is closed, and as-built documents and warranties are transferred. The records on this site are of two kinds: delivered and documented works, and project & engineering studies. The distinction is stated on every card.
