Roads & Highways
Complete highway works under single-contractor responsibility, from route survey to pavement construction.
What we do
Route survey and setting out, cut-and-fill earthworks, drainage and structures, sub-base and base courses, flexible (asphalt concrete) or rigid (concrete) pavement, road marking and guardrail installation.
How we work
We start with geotechnical investigation and quarry identification. The cut-fill balance is tied to the programme and compaction is verified layer by layer. Mix design is confirmed in the laboratory before paving; laying and compaction are controlled by temperature monitoring.
Standards
Geometric design and pavement calculation follow the highway authority technical specifications and AASHTO practice; aggregate and bitumen testing is carried out to EN standards.
Graders, vibratory and pneumatic rollers, pavers, distributors, access to an asphalt plant and a site laboratory. Compaction is verified per layer with a nuclear density gauge or sand cone.
A temporary traffic management plan is mandatory on sections open to traffic; signage and diversions are checked each shift. Sampling and test records are filed at material acceptance.
Prequalification & survey
We review the tender documents, visit the site and put the existing conditions and the client's expectations in writing.
Quantities & proposal
We produce item-based quantities and present a proposal with a clearly defined scope; exclusions are stated explicitly.
Planning & permits
A single programme, the resource plan and required permit processes are set up.
Execution
The site is mobilized; infrastructure and buildings proceed on one schedule and are reported regularly.
Handover
The snag list is closed and as-built documents are handed over.
Roads & Highways
Guardrail installation on arterial roads, avenues and streets
Ballast-retaining guardrail works on the Malatya–Çetinkaya and Malatya–Yolçatı railway lines
BUSKİ district asphalt construction and repair works
Horizontal road marking in the port area (thermoplastic and two-component paint)
RCC (roller-compacted concrete) road construction
Bituminous hot-mix (BSK) road paving works in Yenice and Biga districts
Can you work without closing the existing road to traffic?
Yes. We work with phased lane closures under a temporary traffic management plan, applied after the authority approves it.
Do you recommend asphalt or concrete pavement?
Traffic loading, subgrade capacity, climate and maintenance budget are assessed together. Rigid pavement comes forward where heavy-vehicle volumes are high and maintenance access is difficult.
