What we do

Partition walls (masonry or plasterboard), plaster and screed, ceramic and natural stone, timber and laminate flooring, suspended ceilings, painting and decorative finishes, door and joinery installation, sanitary fittings.

How we work

Finishing quality is decided in preparation: no covering is applied before surface flatness, moisture levels and services close-out are checked. A sample room is produced and, once the client approves it, serial work begins — so colour and texture deviations do not become a later dispute.

Standards

Surface tolerances and adhesive/grout materials are selected in line with manufacturer technical data and EN standards.

Methods & Equipment

Screed pumps, laser levels, moisture meters, drywall installation equipment and spray painting systems. A sample room is a standard step on every project.

Quality & Safety (HSE)

Solvent and dust exposure dominate in enclosed spaces; ventilation and personal protective equipment use are supervised. Material safety data sheets are kept on site.

Process Management
01

Prequalification & survey

We review the tender documents, visit the site and put the existing conditions and the client's expectations in writing.

02

Quantities & proposal

We produce item-based quantities and present a proposal with a clearly defined scope; exclusions are stated explicitly.

03

Planning & permits

A single programme, the resource plan and required permit processes are set up.

04

Execution

The site is mobilized; infrastructure and buildings proceed on one schedule and are reported regularly.

05

Handover

The snag list is closed and as-built documents are handed over.

Common Questions
Who selects the materials?

The client decides; we assess technical suitability and buildability and offer alternatives. The approved sample becomes the reference.

Who is responsible for cracks and touch-ups after handover?

Defects arising from workmanship are covered by warranty. Damage from structural movement or use is assessed separately.
