Structural Works

Excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete frame and load-bearing structure — the skeleton of the building.

What we do

Foundation excavation and shoring, waterproofing and blinding, raft/pad/piled foundations, shear walls, columns, beams and slabs, steel structural systems, precast erection.

How we work

Quality in structural works is decided at two points: reinforcement placement and concrete pouring. Reinforcement is checked and recorded before the pour, including cover and lap lengths. Concrete is monitored by sampling at every pour; striking times are tied to strength results rather than assumption.

Standards

Design and detailing follow the applicable seismic code and EN 1992; concrete class and curing conditions are applied to the values defined in the specification.

Methods & Equipment

System and tunnel formwork, tower cranes, concrete pumps, rebar cutting and bending workshop, vibrators and curing equipment. Concrete samples are tested at an accredited laboratory.

Quality & Safety (HSE)

Formwork collapse and falls from height are the main risks; edge protection and a scaffold tagging system are applied. Striking is carried out only after strength confirmation.

Process Management
01

Prequalification & survey

We review the tender documents, visit the site and put the existing conditions and the client's expectations in writing.

02

Quantities & proposal

We produce item-based quantities and present a proposal with a clearly defined scope; exclusions are stated explicitly.

03

Planning & permits

A single programme, the resource plan and required permit processes are set up.

04

Execution

The site is mobilized; infrastructure and buildings proceed on one schedule and are reported regularly.

05

Handover

The snag list is closed and as-built documents are handed over.

Common Questions
How do you verify concrete quality?

Samples are taken from every pour and tested at an accredited laboratory; results are matched to the pour record and filed.

Can concrete be poured in winter?

Yes, within temperature limits and with protection. Mix and curing are adapted for cold weather concreting.
