What we do
Structural and finishing works for housing blocks and public buildings; internal roads, parking, water and sewerage networks, electrical and lighting infrastructure, landscaping and external works.
How we work
Repetition defines mass programmes: the first block is treated as a prototype where details and durations are settled, and subsequent blocks follow that pattern in series. Because infrastructure and buildings advance on one programme, no missing utility connection appears at handover.
Standards
Seismic design follows the applicable code and concrete and reinforcement works follow EN standards; the handover file includes as-built drawings and warranty documents.
Tunnel or system formwork, tower cranes, concrete pumps, precast element supply. On repetitive blocks the formwork cycle is the main programme variable.
Lifting operations and work at height dominate multi-block sites; crane operating envelopes are planned not to overlap. Striking times are tied to concrete strength results.
Prequalification & survey
We review the tender documents, visit the site and put the existing conditions and the client's expectations in writing.
Quantities & proposal
We produce item-based quantities and present a proposal with a clearly defined scope; exclusions are stated explicitly.
Planning & permits
A single programme, the resource plan and required permit processes are set up.
Execution
The site is mobilized; infrastructure and buildings proceed on one schedule and are reported regularly.
Handover
The snag list is closed and as-built documents are handed over.
