Industrial Buildings

Factory, warehouse and production facility structures — fast, wide-span solutions in steel and precast.

What we do

Steel structure fabrication and erection, precast concrete structures, sandwich panel roofing and cladding, industrial flooring (surface-hardened concrete), crane beams and supports, site roads and networks.

How we work

Production flow governs industrial buildings: column grids, crane runways and door positions are set by the operation's flow. Steel is fabricated in the workshop and erected on site — reducing weather dependency and shortening the programme.

Standards

Steel fabrication and erection follow EN 1090 practice and welds a non-destructive testing plan; industrial floor flatness tolerance is set by the service class.

Methods & Equipment

Steel fabrication workshop (cutting, drilling, welding), mobile cranes, bolt tensioning equipment, floor power trowels, non-destructive testing services.

Quality & Safety (HSE)

Steel erection combines work at height with lifting; a lift plan and lifelines are established for every erection. Hot work permits and fire watch apply to welding.

Process Management
01

Prequalification & survey

We review the tender documents, visit the site and put the existing conditions and the client's expectations in writing.

02

Quantities & proposal

We produce item-based quantities and present a proposal with a clearly defined scope; exclusions are stated explicitly.

03

Planning & permits

A single programme, the resource plan and required permit processes are set up.

04

Execution

The site is mobilized; infrastructure and buildings proceed on one schedule and are reported regularly.

05

Handover

The snag list is closed and as-built documents are handed over.

Common Questions
Steel or precast — which is more suitable?

Span, crane loading and programme decide. Steel suits wide spans and heavy crane loads; precast is usually more economical for repetitive, standard spans.

Can a facility be extended while production continues?

Yes. The work area is physically separated from production and noisy or dusty operations are scheduled around the production programme.
