What we do
Feasibility and preliminary studies, architectural/structural/MEP design coordination, item-based quantity surveying, tender documentation and technical specifications, permitting, programme development, site management and payment certificate control.
How we work
Project cost is decided at the desk, not on site. Quantities are produced item by item and exclusions are defined in writing — missing definitions are the usual source of later variation disputes. During construction, progress is measured against the programme and reported regularly.
Standards
Contract administration can follow FIDIC practice; measurement and payment control follow the authority's unit price and specification system.
Design and quantity surveying software, programming tools, site survey equipment (total station, GPS), photographic progress reporting.
Site management establishes a safety plan, subcontractor supervision and a daily permit-to-work system; safety performance forms part of the progress report.

Can we engage you for project management only?
Yes. We can provide survey, measurement, tender documentation and site supervision separately, even where another contractor builds the works.
How long does permitting take?
It varies by authority and project type; an estimate is given only after reviewing local legislation and the file. The indicative schedule is shared in writing.
