How we work
The risk in turnkey work sits at the interfaces: structure to services, services to facade, facade to finishes. These transitions are planned on one programme and managed by one project team. The client keeps a single counterpart; cross-discipline coordination is our internal matter.
Standards
Design and construction follow the applicable planning and seismic codes together with EN standards; as-built files, operating instructions and warranties are handed over at completion.
Tower cranes and lifting equipment, system formwork, concrete pumps, scaffolding and commissioning test equipment. Subcontractor coordination runs under one site management.
Simultaneous multi-discipline activity is the main risk; a daily permit-to-work system separates conflicting operations. Electrical and pressurised system tests follow written procedures before commissioning.

Métré et proposition
Nous fournissons une proposition clairement définie avec des métrés par poste ; les exclusions sont clairement indiquées.
Planification et permis
Un calendrier de travail unique, un plan de ressources et les processus de permis nécessaires sont établis.
Fabrication
Le site est établi, et l'infrastructure ainsi que la superstructure sont exécutées selon un calendrier unique et rapportées régulièrement.
Livraison
La liste des défauts est clôturée, les documents as-built sont remis.
Do you handle the design as well?
Optional. We can build to an existing design, or take on design coordination in a design-and-build arrangement.
How are exclusions defined?
They are stated explicitly in the proposal. Undocumented exclusions lead to variation disputes later, which is why quantities are shared item by item.
