Heating and cooling systems, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and fire suppression, electrical distribution boards, lighting, extra-low voltage and standby power systems, automation.
How we work
Coordination is the critical point in services work: mechanical, electrical and structural elements share the same space. Coordination drawings are prepared before fabrication so clashes are resolved on paper. Systems are tested individually before commissioning; acceptance follows completion of the test records.
Standards
Electrical installations follow the applicable wiring regulations, mechanical systems the design and EN standards, and fire systems the relevant code.
Duct and pipe prefabrication workshop, pressure and tightness test units, thermal imaging, balancing and measurement instruments, insulation testers.
Isolation and lock-out/tag-out procedures are mandatory for electrical work. Areas are cleared during pressure testing and hot work permits apply to welding.

Are commissioning and training included?
Yes. Systems are commissioned, test records are handed over and the operating team receives usage training.
Do you advise on energy efficiency?
Yes. System selection weighs capital cost against operating cost; alternatives are presented with payback periods.
