Togo Luxury Residence

The private mansion project built in Togo, West Africa; is a turnkey residential work where architectural implementation, interior design, and finishing works are carried out under a single contract.

Entrance hall and circulation

The heart of the building is the double-height entrance hall and the staircase layout. The wooden slat wall cladding, glass railing, and recessed lighting provide a sense of spaciousness and controlled warmth at the entrance. The landscape niche under the stairs adds a natural focal point to the interior.

Living areas

On the ground floor, the living areas, dining section, and kitchen that open into each other are resolved with an open-plan but clearly separated layout. Large windows allow natural light in, while the neutral color palette and natural materials (marble floor, wooden texture, matte metal details) bring a calm luxury to the space.

Kitchen and dining

The modern kitchen with an island countertop is designed to meet both preparation and hosting needs; it establishes visual integrity with the dining area. The lighting scenario is layered to complement natural light during the day and create a warm atmosphere in the evening.

Execution

Architectural manufacturing, interior finishing works, and installation coordination were completed under the responsibility of a single contractor; material selection and detail solution were managed in a controlled manner throughout the implementation process.
