The mass was stepped to allow the apartments in the back row to also benefit from the view; large terraces were created on the upper floors.
Benefits of the seaside
Salty and humid air was decisive in the selection of facade materials and reinforcement corrosion protection. Facade details were resolved according to corrosion resistance.
