The interior construction and finishing work of a corporate group's headquarters building.
The focus of the work was to establish three things expected in a corporate center simultaneously: a reception area welcoming guests, an uninterrupted office floor, and meeting rooms where decisions are made.
Reception and Representation
The entrance hall and reception were resolved with natural stone counters and wooden paneling. Waiting areas were placed between column axes to avoid obstructing the main circulation.
Management Floor and Meeting Rooms
Executive offices and meeting rooms of various capacities were separated with acoustically insulated partitions for confidential meetings. Lighting was designed in separate circuits according to daylight and meeting scenarios.
Detail Discipline
Joint and alignment details in natural stone, wooden lamella, and metal profile combinations were approved on-site with a one-to-one mock-up; water insulation and plumbing tests in wet areas were completed before cladding.
