A detached residential complex project designed in Somalia, considering hot climate conditions.
The building mass was resolved through projections that provide shading and deep overhangs to reduce heat gain during the day. Garden levels and hard surface arrangements were sloped for post-rainwater drainage.
In the interior, wide circulation axes and a corridor layout that benefits from natural lighting were preferred; bedrooms were personalized according to user needs.
