Project and engineering work of a multi-block residential complex in Bursa Nilüfer.
The site was designed as a settlement with a pool and green space in the center, keeping vehicle traffic on the periphery; pedestrians were directed to the garden, and vehicles to the basement.
Block and apartment layout
The blocks were placed with a sliding arrangement considering daylight and privacy. Balcony depths were determined to block summer sun while allowing winter sun to enter.
