Use separation
While commercial units open to the street and gallery void, residential entrances and the parking ramp were solved from a separate facade. Service and waste collection flow were distanced from the commercial display line.
Public ground
The relationship of the ground floor with the sidewalk was designed with a wide eave and transparent display line so that the pedestrian perceives the structure as a facade rather than a wall.
